Job searches require us to stay pro-active and motivated, which can sometimes be difficult when you have pressed send on multiple online applications and are waiting to hear back from employers, which can sometimes feel like forever. It is usually at this stage that we start questioning how successful our application is, has it been shortlisted or, on this occasion, is it an unsuccessful application?
