The Non-Boring Way to Show Off Your Soft Skills in Your Job Search

Kirstin on Fullback and Friends:  As I am always telling my students, providing supporting evidence is so important, and the only way to convince a hiring manager of your suitability be it in an application form, CV, cover letter or in-person at an interview or assessment centre.  Prior to an interview, start building your factual story-board.  Identify the skills that are relevant to the role, and start thinking about times you have had to demonstrate the use of these skills.  Remember for a student, university, part-time work and extra curricular studies are all relevant examples, and will all have an important part to play in the recruitment and selection process.  https://www.themuse.com/advice/the-nonboring-way-to-show-off-your-soft-skills-in-your-job-search
