Ageing workforce: what are the benefits of working after retirement age?

Kirstin on Fullback and Friends:  Retirement is not for all of us, and if you are still driven by business and have a lot to give to a sector/industry, why not.  For me personally, I know that I am best described as a ‘doer’ and someone who is passionate about my industry.  I like to be kept mentally and physically active, so as long as I love the work I do, I hope I have the opportunity to continue doing it for a very long time.  http://careers.theguardian.com/careers-blog/working-retirement-skills-experience-older-people
