What to Do When You Don’t Feel Ready for a Challenging Project

Kirstin on Fullback and Friends:  As Susan Jeffers would say “Feel the fear and do it anyway”.  Usually when we have been nominated to lead or contribute to a work project, be it challenging, creative or technical, it is usually because we have the skills that will make the project a success.  It is normal to under-estimate your capabilities (we all do it), think about what the project has to offer you, before you say no.
