Creating a unique recruitment experience

Kirstin:  I am always telling our students that interviews are a two way process, and this article confirms it.  Not every employer can compete with Heineken and ‘The Candidate’ recruitment process, but there is so much an employer (SME to multi-national) can do to make them stand out from their competitors.  Investing in a quality selection process that has layers and depth to it will provide a positive outcome and with each new employee a business has the potential to grow strong and successful.
