Hi, I’m Mark Bryce,
Welcome to my blog. Initially this site started life as my personal website and a home for my Xbox Gamercard. SilentFullback is my Xbox Gamertag (hence the old name for this site and my name on Social Profiles). In the beginning, the blog was just a simple site to share my Gamercard, list my influences, list my favourite films and list other stuff that I liked. The first blog was hosted on Windows Live – showing my age there 🙂
In 2009, I moved the blog to WordPress and it became fullbackandfriends.com. I had just aligned my business activities with my work for charities and with a personal ‘18,500 Mile Walk-Run-Bike-Swim Challenge’, (the equivalent of ‘Round the World’). I needed a place to share the content for projects like ‘The 153 Mile Challenge‘.
In 2019, after completing my ‘Round the World Challenge’, I rebranded the site to tyrersorrel.com. Tyrer Sorrel has been my trading name since 2001. It was a better fit for a renewed business focus. Whilst some of the pages have been moved, all of the existing content from ‘fullbackandfriends’ can still be viewed on the ‘Blog‘. It’s just a different name for the site.
In 2023, I added full e-commerce functionality. This was to offer an extended range of products, including ‘Journal and Desk‘, a signature brand/product range.
