Mark Jason Bryce

BUSINESS OWNER, CREATIVE AND COACH | BESPOKE EXPERIENCES AND PROJECT LEADERSHIP SERVICES | TRADING AS TYRER SORREL SINCE 2001

Mark has invested more than 20 years running a business … and more than 25 years training, coaching, creating bespoke experiences and leading projects.

He knows what it takes to start a business. He started his own business in 2001 and has been trading as Tyrer Sorrel ever since. He knows what it is like to have a job and a business at the same time (before it was called a side hustle and cool). He started his business whilst in a job and more recently spent more than 10 years undertaking a ‘Round the World’ Charitable Challenge. He supported this challenge with community coaching services and direct employment (a series of jobs). He understands the highs and lows of being self-employed and directly employed at the same time. He’s also learnt a lot about time and priority management whilst working on multiple projects and jobs. He’s been called a “Time Finding Expert” more than once.

Mark’s style combines a unique blend of flexibility, organisation and calm reassured confidence. He is strategic and focused. He is a ‘Maximiser’ (as identified by Gallop Strengths Finder). To quote Gallup, “People with dominant Influencing themes like ‘Maximizer’ take charge, speak up and make sure others are heard”.

Mark is an award winner. He’s won multiple awards for:

Contributing to teams

Improving the performance of teams

Creating systems for remote working

Engaging high level stakeholders

He has also helped clients win prestigious national awards.

Mark loves remote working. He has been told that he sees “difficult tasks as challenges rather than threats” and also that he can “communicate at all levels”. It’s also worth noting that whilst Mark is a sole trader, Tyrer Sorrel is a team. Mark has a long established core team and works with trusted associates/preferred suppliers.
