Kirstin on Fullback and Friends:  I have always been a big supporter of SME’s, they can offer amazing opportunities for under-graduates and graduates in the form of work experience and graduate entry level opportunities.  The benefits of working for an SME is the opportunity to grow and develop within a role, there are no set boundaries, and if you consistently perform well with the daily demands of your job, the chances to get involved in additional project work, or to support a new service/team become more available to you.  Also, if you are entrepreneurial minded, working for an SME is the ideal place to learn about how to run a business.
